Reminder to all I&E members, next Wednesday(11/8), as you all know that we’re going to the Singapore Association of the Deaf. It is compulsory to all members. The address to it will be at 227 Mountbatten Road.
All of you need to meet outside the General Office at 0325pm. The school bus will be leaving at 0330pm.

To all YES NEC competitors, please do research on : Enron, to the global subprime mortgage crisis, business is increasingly seen as a force that harms society rather than helps it.

Participants will be given a theme related to creating a positive impact on society for them to work on. This theme will be revealed about two to three days before the event.

& please bring your Thumb drive as we will be doing some research on Tuesday, 25May. Meet at computer lab straight after school, 1pm. You may put your bag in the lab and go for your lunch.

Anyone have any old phones which you don’t want it anymore? If you have it, please bring it next Wednesday. Please ask your parents before you bring it to school. & make sure the charger can charge the phone.

There will be CCA on Wednesday, 7April. At 2.30pm, same venue. Bring along your PE attire for the reason that the whole CCA members will be playing some games after the run, if it’s not raining. On the other hand, if it rains, we will not be running but we will still endure on with the games. This will be some of the things will happen next CCA. Cheerio mortals!

To all CCA members, all group members must do a little bit of research on your product. Save your information into a thumb drive and bring it next Wednesday31march. About the YES NEC, some group has come up some ideas about their products. One group came up with a censored glass wiper that will wipe off the water that’s on the spectacle glass when there's rain or water on the spec. The other group has an idea about an Umbrella that can glow in the night. Charge the phone using USB wire through Bluetooth. I’m not sure about other groups but here are some of the ideas on the product for the competition. If you’re not sure on what to do, you can go find your group’s I/c in their class. If you do not know who their class is, you can try to find them at sec three blocks, at Block F. & please bring along your PE attire next week. Anything you're not sure of, you can tag in the ChatBox and will reply asap.

Hi, today, presently before the CCA ends, the whole CCA members went for a run. All of us ran to Punggol Secondary and back to Greendale. Everyone looked jaded after the run. It was exhausting! Everybody was perspiring. Thereafter, called it a day and everyone headed home. Next time, we’ll be running longer distance than todays. The feeling was good after a long distance of running. Personally, I think that after the run, it was a good exercise. As it will help us to train to run faster and be healthier. Also, it will help us to work together, run together as a group. Encourage one another to run. The moment you saw your friend start walking and not jog, encourage your friend to run rather than walking. At the point when you start walking, you’ll find yourself, when you run, will feel more tiring after running and stopping, repeatedly.

Moreover, every member were being grouped, joined together with the secondary one, two last but not least, the sec threes. Every group has 5people, except for one group, there are six. Additionally, in the group, the people must have each of their contacts and e-mail. We’ll be in the group until the end of year. For all one knows, even in the YES NEC, you will also stick to your group. Alright, I’ve run out of words. I will make a make a bottom line in the post now. Bring to a halt, end my post here.

Feeling that doing this might keep things well organised, I've decided to publish a separate post with a different template compared to the normal news updates.

1. EduLearn login page

The login page for Greendale's student portal has been added to the right, allowing easier access.

2. Upcoming events

A new widget to show the events that are approaching soon and to be reminded. This is not automated so the Community Members have to manually add the events in.
Weekly CCA training will not be placed into the calendar.
3. Twitter
For short and important notes, Twitter makes it easier. Random facts might be dropped every now and then! :)
4. Fish Feeding
Want to kill time? Feed some fishes with the new fish widget. Click on the water to drop pellets of fish food.

We are selling second hand goods!! Yeah!! So our CCA advises you to bring your second hand goods and sell along with the club. FYI, the money will be donated to M.I.N.D.S. It will be during Recess and after school.

There will be a workshop and cashflow game session that aims to educate an impart students with proper money management skills in an attempt to nurture young personal fincance literacy.

This will be held on a Wednesday, on the 24th of June 2009 from 9am till 5pm at the Mountbatten Community Club. If you are free and interested in this upcoming workshop, you can contact Marcus latest by tomorrow. This is urgent, please contact Marcus to inform him that you are coming.

Today is the official launch of the Greendale I&E Club blog! The I&E blog is for all I&E Club members to view official announcements so that it would be much easier for the committee members to contact you guys!
